Vadym Sirash, Deputy Head of the Main Directorate of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in the Chernihiv region, has declared more than 6 hectares of land, a residential house, and over one million hryvnias in savings. However, the official listed no family members or vehicles in his declaration, and most of the real estate was acquired without a disclosed purchase price.

According to the declaration, the 52-year-old official owns a 31.1-square-meter apartment in Chernihiv, valued at its 2004 purchase price of 6,600 UAH. The bulk of his property assets emerged in recent years: a 20,000-square-meter plot in the Novhorod-Siverskyi district registered in February 2022, and three additional plots totaling over 4.1 hectares in the village of Chemer (Kipti community), declared in the spring of 2023. The value for all four land parcels is listed as «not applicable.»
In April 2024, Vadym Sirash acquired a 63.7-square-meter residential house in Chemer for 50,000 UAH, followed by an additional 2,500-square-meter land plot. The official’s total landholdings across two districts now exceed 6.4 hectares. For 2025, he reported 1 million UAH in salary, 137,000 UAH in bank deposit interest, and 19,000 UAH from leasing property to the «Agroford» farm enterprise, which is registered in the same village of Chemer.
«The deputy head of the regional directorate holds a house and over 4 hectares of land in a single village, leasing the property to a local farmer. The lack of itemized rental rates and real market valuations presents clear grounds for a comprehensive review by the National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP).»
By the end of the reporting period, the official accumulated 1.3 million UAH and $4,000 USD in bank accounts. At the same time, the declaration omits information regarding family members or owned and rented vehicles, raising questions about daily transportation and actual property usage.
Lifestyle monitoring and asset verification of public officials remain critical tools for identifying potential conflicts of interest and undisclosed property holdings.
