The acting head and administrator of Territorial Service Center No. 5644 of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the settlement of Volodymyrets, Rivne Region, Oleksandr Kurach, has submitted his asset declaration, revealing almost no personal property under his own name. The official resides in his father’s house, while the family vehicles are legally registered to his mother and his brother, a member of the National Guard.
According to his financial declaration, the official personally owns only a 2017 utility trailer valued at 12,000 UAH. Regarding liquid financial assets, Oleksandr Kurach reported 100,000 UAH in cash—an amount that has remained unchanged in his filings since 2020.
The public servant’s primary source of income is his salary from the service center, which totaled 462,000 UAH for 2025. His wife received 5,000 UAH in social benefits and 2,000 UAH under the state «Winter Support» program over the year. The head of the service center himself also utilized the government assistance scheme, claiming a 2,000 UAH payout.
All real estate occupied by the family belongs to the official’s father. This includes a residential house measuring 60.9 square meters and two land plots (1,500 sq. m and 1,002 sq. m) acquired between 2007 and 2016.
The declaration contains a technical anomaly regarding property reporting: the same 60.9-square-meter residential house is listed twice—once under the father’s ownership and once as a shared residence. As a result, the summary section reflects two separate property items totaling 121.8 square meters. The estimated market value of the real estate is listed as «unknown» across all entries.
Vehicles used by the household are distributed among other family members:
Citroen C5 (2009) — purchased in May 2022 for 148,000 UAH and registered under his mother’s name;
Subaru Forester (2009) — registered in July 2023 for 49,000 UAH under his brother, who serves in National Guard Unit 3045;
Volkswagen Caddy (2005) — owned by his father since 2013 (value unstated).
The incomes of his retired parents and the military pay of his brother were omitted from the filing, with the document stating that family members declined to provide the relevant financial information.
