Oleksii Babenko, an entrepreneur tied to UAV manufacturing and defense tech through Vyriy Industry, officially holds modest personal assets while rapidly expanding a network of affiliated entities. Despite driving his core revenues, his primary company owns no registered real estate or fleet, and his business partners include a former barista and a co-owner registered in occupied Luhansk.
Official public registries show very little property registered directly under Oleksii Babenko’s name. His personal holdings are limited to an apartment in the Park Town residential complex in Hostomel, Kyiv Oblast, a 2024 Mitsubishi Pajero Sport SUV, and four Honda motorcycles acquired between 2019 and 2025.
Behind this modest personal footprint, however, lies an extensive network of legal entities operating in defense technology, electronics, and aerospace manufacturing.
One of the foundational entities in Babenko’s history is HOLOFUTURE LLC, whose primary registered activity is the manufacture of air and spacecraft. Babenko previously served as the company’s historic founder, CEO, and ultimate beneficial owner.
The company has since been transferred to Danylo Rudenko. According to tags in the GetContact app, Rudenko previously worked as a barista and performed in fire shows. Today, he balances his role as owner of HOLOFUTURE LLC with serving as head of sales at Babenko’s core company, Vyriy Industry. Rudenko also operates as a sole proprietor under the same aerospace manufacturing classification, having already secured state tender contracts totaling 322,000 UAH.
Babenko’s network of affiliated companies has continued to expand rapidly:
NVO Synevyr LLC (manufacture of electronic components): Babenko controls a 50% stake via Vyriy Industry. The remaining 50% is held by NVO Synerhiia LLC, a textile manufacturing firm. Synerhiia owns real estate at 1-A Pukhivska Street in Kyiv — a location situated right next to the CHP-6 power plant, a frequent target of missile attacks.
Rabbit Corporation LLC (manufacture of air and spacecraft): Founded in October 2025, Babenko holds a 51% stake through Vyriy Industry. Co-owners include Olha Karpenko from the Sumy region and Kyiv resident Tetiana Podopryhora.
RNK Solutions LLC (manufacture of air and spacecraft): Babenko holds a 51% controlling stake via Vyriy Industry. His partner in the venture is Andrii Malysh, whose official registration is in temporarily occupied Luhansk (though he listed a Kyiv address in 2024).
The main driver of Babenko’s revenue remains Vyriy Industry LLC, through which he maintains controlling stakes across his corporate web.
Despite operating as his flagship enterprise and generating the majority of his earnings, open registry data reveals that Vyriy Industry holds no registered real estate, vehicles, or significant physical assets under its own balance sheet.
