The couple made key acquisitions in 2023. Tetiana Zhovtonih purchased a 66.3-square-meter apartment in Lutsk for 729,000 UAH—a figure potentially lower than the prevailing market rate. While the stated value of the lakeside plot is not specified in the declaration, current market estimates for comparable land in the area exceed 500,000 UAH.
The family’s sole vehicle is a 2024 Kia Sportage. Tetiana Zhovtonih purchased the crossover on credit in 2025 for 1.2 million UAH, with her husband listed as using the car free of charge.
