In Solonytsivka, Kharkiv Oblast, the group has registered a new entity, LLC «Fexline Biotech,» boasting a substantial charter capital. This development was uncovered through official corporate registry data.
The new legal entity, LLC «Fexline Biotech» (along with the trademark Fexline Biotech / bleedfix), was officially incorporated in September 2025. The company’s registered address is listed as 53/21 Zavodska Street in the village of Solonytsivka. However, investigative efforts to locate this specific address on digital maps or physical property registries have been unsuccessful, raising questions about the actual location of the facility.
The company was founded by entrepreneur Andrii Andriiovych Piddubnyi, who injected 10 million UAH (approximately $250,000 USD) into the charter capital. Serhii Serhiiovych Rozhkov has been appointed as the chief executive officer of the newly formed structure.
