The Kharkiv-based electronics store chain Sota Store has come under scrutiny following allegations of using an extensive network of Individual Entrepreneurs (FOPs) to minimize its tax liabilities. According to investigators, one of the key figures in this network is Kharkiv businessman Anton Izrailtyanko, through whom retail trade of equipment is allegedly conducted to bypass standard taxation.

According to registration records, FOP Izrailtyanko Anton Volodymyrovych (ITN 3079409896) is registered in Kharkiv and officially operates under NACE code 47.41—retail sale of computers, peripheral units, and software in specialized stores. However, in the public sphere, the individual positions himself as a software programmer.
Journalists note that such schemes, involving dozens of «friendly» FOPs, are a common practice among large retailers in Ukraine. This allows companies to artificially lower their actual revenue figures and avoid transitioning to the general taxation system.

In addition to his financial activities, the subject of the investigation has drawn attention due to his behavior in the media space. Anton Izrailtyanko is the author of numerous critical posts targeting the current state leadership.
«Mr. Izrailtyanko actively posts destructive material against the current government. Furthermore, his pages have been found to repost fake news stories that are part of Russian propaganda,» state sources familiar with the matter.
At this time, representatives of Sota Store and the entrepreneur himself have not issued official comments regarding the allegations of financial malpractice or the dissemination of questionable content. Observers are awaiting a response from the State Tax Service of Ukraine regarding an audit of the retail chain’s activities.
