Ilona Tsylyuryk, the acting head and administrator of the Territorial Service Center (TSC) of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MVS) No. 5344 in Myrhorod, Poltava Oblast, has submitted her annual financial declaration for 2025. The newly released public document reveals a brand-new 2025 motorcycle, substantial cash savings in foreign currency, and right-of-use privileges for family assets whose declared values stand significantly below current market rates.
According to the filing, Ilona Tsylyuryk, along with her son and parents, holds the right of residence in a 73.3-square-meter residential house in the village of Bayrak, Velykobagachanska community. This property, along with an adjacent 2,500-square-meter land plot, was acquired in 2018 and is officially registered under her father, Anatoliy Tsylyuryk.
Additionally, in 2022, the official personally purchased a separate 8,500-square-meter land plot in the same village. The property’s latest official monetary valuation is listed at a modest 25,000 UAH.
The vehicle fleet of the head of the MVS service center in Poltava region features three entries, including a very recent purchase:
Tekken 300 Motorcycle (2025 model) – Acquired in August 2025, this motorcycle is personally owned by Ilona Tsylyuryk and is valued in the declaration at 20.7 thousand UAH.
Chevrolet Cruze (2011 model) – Officially owned by her father, with the official holding usage rights. The declared value is listed as 49 thousand UAH, despite the actual market price for this model in Ukraine ranging between 80,000 and 120,000 UAH.
VAZ 21099 (1999 model) – Personally owned by the declarant and valued at 10 thousand UAH.
During the reporting period, Ilona Tsylyuryk earned 437.7 thousand UAH in salary from her primary workplace. Other family members also contributed to the household budget:
«The official’s father, Anatoliy Tsylyuryk, earned 190 thousand UAH working at the ‘Velykobagachanskyi Rayavtodor’ branch, alongside a pension of 74 thousand UAH. Her mother, Halyna Tsylyuryk, declared 39 thousand UAH in pension benefits.»
In terms of liquid assets, the official keeps $5,000 USD and 120,000 UAH in cash. She also holds approximately 22,000 UAH across various bank accounts.
