The mother of Ruslana Kryzka, an official at the State Property Fund of Ukraine (SPFU), has been revealed as the owner of a luxury 492-square-meter mansion in the prestigious village of Kozyn (Koncha-Zaspa). Despite the pensioner’s monthly income amounting to just 9,400 UAH (around $250), she acquired the elite estate in October 2023, where neighboring properties start at $1 million.

The property transaction surfaced in the official’s updated asset declaration. According to public records, the house was registered under the mother’s name, Raisa Anatoliivna, through a deed of gift.
However, the declaration contains no details regarding the actual market value of the property or the identity of the generous donor.
The family’s official income shows a stark contrast with the value of the newly acquired real estate. According to filed reports for 2022–2023, the financial records of the mother and daughter show:
Mother’s Income: Pension payments of 8,300 UAH per month in 2022, which slightly rose to 9,400 UAH in 2023.
Mother’s Savings: Cash reserves totaling $5,700.
Official’s Earnings: An annual salary from the State Property Fund of roughly 554,000 UAH.
Official’s Savings: 3,500 euros.
No Personal Property for Over Two Decades
Ruslana Kryzka has worked in public service for years and joined the State Property Fund in 2022, maintaining a clean record with no prior involvement in corruption scandals.
Declarations show that Kryzka officially owns neither a vehicle nor real estate. Since 2000, her sole registered place of residence has been her mother’s apartment. Currently, the origin of the funds used to secure the nearly 500-square-meter estate in the capital’s most expensive suburb remains unknown.
