The Deputy Chief of the Criminal Police Department of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, Ihor Suradeiev, has disclosed his financial declaration. According to the document, with the official’s annual income at 665,000 UAH, his family owns a large land plot, a cargo truck with a semi-trailer, and a commercial company owned by his wife. Meanwhile, in Dnipro, where the police officer is stationed, the family rents a rather modest apartment.
According to the declared data, Ihor Suradeiev solely owns a 1.9-hectare land plot in the village of Maksymivka, Pishchane community, Kremenchuk district (Poltava region), which he acquired in 2017.
The majority of the family’s residential real estate is also concentrated in the Poltava region. Specifically, the family has the right of free residence in a 118 sq. m apartment in Kremenchuk, owned by Valentyna Suradeieva (likely the officer’s mother). Additionally, the official’s wife, Viktoriia, along with their daughter and another individual, co-owns another Kremenchuk apartment of 48.66 sq. m.
At the same time, in Dnipro, where the police lieutenant colonel directly performs his official duties, the family officially rents an apartment of only 35.4 sq. m.
Over the past reporting year, Ihor Suradeiev earned 665,000 UAH (approximately 55.4 thousand UAH per month) at his main place of service in the police. His wife, Viktoriia Suradeieva, declared an income of 103,000 UAH from LLC «Oil Auto», of which she is the sole owner. The company’s primary business activity is freight road transport.
The police officer’s wife also owns a fleet of vehicles, including commercial transport:
Nissan Rogue SUV (2017) — declared value of 166,000 UAH;
MAN TGX 18.500 truck tractor (2017) — valued at 780,000 UAH;
TRAILOR semi-trailer (1997) — valued at 810,000 UAH.
The declaration also indicates that Viktoriia Suradeieva has an active financial obligation—a loan of 600,000 UAH. By the end of the reporting period, the outstanding debt balance was 480,000 UAH.
Declaration of assets by public servants and National Police of Ukraine officers is a mandatory element of anti-corruption monitoring and ensuring transparency of law enforcement agencies.
