Iryna Cherniakhovych, a judge at the Zhytomyr District Administrative Court, has upgraded her personal fleet by purchasing a new 2026 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid worth 2.22 million UAH in September 2026. At the same time, her family reports owning a premium BMW X6 SUV valued at 3.5 million UAH, borrowing funds from third parties, holding unfinished properties, and having no residential real estate registered under the judge’s own ownership.
According to official filings, the primary sources of family income include Iryna Cherniakhovych’s judicial salary (1.44 million UAH) and that of her husband, Oleksandr, who works for the executive committee of the Zhytomyr City Council (328,000 UAH). The judge’s daughter, Karyna, declared 2.12 million UAH generated from sole proprietorship business activities.
Despite relatively modest cash savings (5,000 USD held by the judge and 15,000 USD by her husband), the family continues to acquire expensive vehicles.
On September 2, 2026, the judge purchased a new 2026 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid from the «Star-Car» dealership for 2.22 million UAH. The deal was completed using a trade-in arrangement: she sold her previous vehicle to the dealer for 1.56 million UAH and covered the remaining balance by securing a 774,000 UAH loan from a private individual, Iryna Demydchuk.
Earlier, in June 2025, the judge’s husband acquired a 2024 BMW X6 SUV valued at 3.5 million UAH. To finance the purchase, he took out a bank loan of 1.75 million UAH, reducing the outstanding balance to 1.29 million UAH by the end of that year. Judge Iryna Cherniakhovych acted as the financial guarantor for this loan.
Additionally, her husband received 1.40 million UAH from selling movable property, 900,000 UAH in rental income, and a 600,000 UAH cash gift from a relative, presumably his brother. He also owns a 60% stake in PE «Style-Service» (with management rights transferred).
Despite the family’s substantial vehicle fleet, the judge owns no residential real estate. The family resides in a 96 sq. m apartment in Zhytomyr registered under her mother’s name, Lidiia Skivka (occupancy right established in 1999). The monetary value of the property is not disclosed in the filing.
The family’s assets also include a 124.7 sq. m café building in Zhytomyr (with no listed valuation) and a 0.26-hectare land plot in Sinhury. An unfinished 250 sq. m residential house stands on the same plot. Another 0.16-hectare plot with an unfinished 96 sq. m structure belongs to her daughter, Karyna.
