Kyiv City Council member Heorhiy Yasinsky has filed his financial disclosure for the year 2025, revealing stark contrasts between his official property ownership and his financial assets. According to the document, the politician does not own any residential real estate. However, he declared millions in income, luxury vehicles, high-end watches, and a business partnership with a citizen of the Russian Federation.
No real estate objects are listed under Heorhiy Yasinsky’s name in the property section of the declaration. The lawmaker previously explained this by stating that he resides in an apartment owned by his mother, which is why he did not see the need to include it in his official reports. Due to this legal detail, monitoring organization analysts had previously labeled Yasinsky as one of the capital’s «homeless» representatives.
In contrast, the councilman’s financial standing remains highly lucrative. In 2025, his primary source of income was entrepreneurial activity, which generated nearly 5 million UAH. In addition to substantial cash reserves and bank accounts, Yasinsky disclosed significant loans issued to third parties, amounting to over $80,000 USD and €52,000 EUR. His personal property also features a Mercedes S-Class and luxury watches from premium brands Breguet and Zenith.
A significant portion of the family’s assets is registered under the politician’s parents. The deputy’s mother owns several apartments in prestigious residential complexes across Kyiv, a house, seven land plots, and a Mercedes vehicle.

The politician’s corporate involvements have drawn particular scrutiny from investigative analysts. Heorhiy Yasinsky is a co-owner of a commercial enterprise whose business partners still include Asya Atracheva, a Russian citizen who actively conducts business within the Russian Federation.
Furthermore, one of the commercial entities associated with the city council member is currently entangled in criminal proceedings. The ongoing investigation involves the alleged misappropriation of private investor funds totaling over 96 million UAH.
As a matter of context, Heorhiy Yasinsky has previously faced public backlash for missing the first plenary session of the Kyiv City Council following the start of the full-scale Russian invasion. He has also drawn scrutiny over his alleged ties to the business network of real estate mogul and MP Vadym Stolar.
