Since the onset of the full-scale war, 308 luxury Rolls-Royce vehicles have changed hands in Ukraine, with an additional 98 registered in the country for the first time. The total number of primary and secondary registrations for the elite British brand has crossed the 400-mark, including at least five models from the 2026 model year.

The influx of high-end vehicles encompasses some of the most expensive models in the manufacturer’s lineup. Notably, in April 2026, a brand-new Rolls-Royce Phantom was officially registered in Bila Tserkva. The estimated market value for this flagship model reaches approximately $900,000.
Registration data indicates a persistent demand for ultra-luxury automobiles, with vehicle acquisitions occurring across both major metropolitan areas and regional hubs.
The buyers of these luxury sedans and SUVs include prominent figures in the domestic business sector whose companies continue to generate substantial revenues despite ongoing economic challenges.
Ruslan Hrabar: On May 20, the co-owner of Accord Import—a major furniture manufacturer and supplier to retailers such as JYSK—registered a 2026 Rolls-Royce Cullinan. Over the past year, the company reported approximately 2.7 billion UAH in revenue and nearly 269 million UAH in net profit.
Leonid Katayev: A 2025 Rolls-Royce Cullinan Black Badge was registered under the agricultural entrepreneur linked to several firms, including Platinumoil, Mykolaivka, Agrosolutions Skvyra, and Vens-Plus. The vehicle was later listed for resale at approximately $830,000. One of Katayev’s associated entities, Platinumoil, previously posted an annual turnover approaching 2 billion UAH.
The ongoing high-value vehicle registrations highlight a widening divide in consumer spending during wartime. While a significant portion of society and local businesses remain focused on supporting military relief efforts and covering essential needs, certain corporate sectors—particularly agriculture, fuel distribution, and manufacturing—continue to yield profits that translate into ultra-luxury asset purchases.
